Pop star Taylor Swift is the most famous woman on the planet.
But Donald Trump had nothing nice to say about her after she endorsed Kamala Harris.
And Megyn Kelly referred to Donald Trump’s attack on Taylor Swift with one word that caught her listeners by surprise.
Taylor Swift announced her unsurprising support for Vice President Kamala Harris immediately following her debate with former President Donald Trump.
As the most popular woman on the planet, Democrats believe Swift’s endorsement could be a potential game-changer this fall.
“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election,” Swift wrote alongside a photo of her with her cat. “I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them,” she continued. “I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.”
Of course, Swift’s endorsement did not go unnoticed by Trump.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump shared his true feelings about the famous pop star.
“I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,” he wrote.
Trump’s comment about Swift rubbed some of his female supporters the wrong way.
During a recent episode of her podcast, Megyn Kelly responded to one of her listeners who called Trump’s comments “childish and petty.”
Given the strange relationship between Kelly and Trump, many listeners wondered if she also thought he crossed a line with his comment.
But Kelly disagreed with the listener and praised Trump’s decision to rip Swift.
“You could argue it was actually smart of Trump to attack her,” she said. “Just telegraph to the MAGA faithful — or adjacent — who hadn’t heard about the endorsement that Taylor sucks,” she continued. “We don’t like Taylor.”
This is not the first time Kelly addressed Swift’s endorsement.
She previously warned the star that she could “kiss [her] sales to the Republican audience goodbye.”
“I’m allowed to criticize Taylor Swift and I don’t give a s*** who gets upset,” Kelly said in reference to Swift’s statement on Tim Walz’s support for the LGBTQ+ community. “This is disgusting.”
“If she wants to vote Harris-Walz, she can do it all she wants but to say the reason she is doing it is because of Tim Walz’s stance on LGBTQ, eff you, Taylor Swift,” Kelly declared. “And eff all of the people who want to see these children have body parts chopped off and watch them sterilized under the age of consent and then will ride off to their multi-gazillion dollar mansions, never to think of them again.”
Taylor Swift supporting Kamala Harris is not all that surprising since she endorsed Joe Biden in 2020.
But the reason she supports Kamala Harris has Megyn Kelly fuming.
