Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden have been close political allies.
But reports have repeatedly named her as one of the top co-conspirators in Democrat elites’ blatant coup against the sitting Democrat President.
And CNN’s Dana Bash was stunned by what Nancy Pelosi revealed about her relationship with Joe Biden.
President Joe Biden vehemently rejected calls for him to step aside after his terrible performance in the first debate with former President Donald Trump.
Biden’s physical and cognitive decline was on full display throughout the entire debate and sent Democrats and their media allies into a state of panic.
Some Democrats outright demanded Biden withdraw from the race, while others, such as Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), were more subtle with their words.
“I think it’s a legitimate question to say, is this an episode or is this a condition?” Pelosi said on MSNBC.
This was a change of tune for Pelosi after she spent the past several months claiming Biden was mentally as sharp as ever.
But despite the growing calls for him to step aside, Biden dug in and vowed to stay in the race.
“If the Lord Almighty came down and said, ‘Joe, get out of the race,’ I’d get out of the race,” Biden said. “The Lord Almighty’s not coming down.”
God himself may not have come down, but Democrats’ top power brokers did.
According to numerous reports, former President Barack Obama and Pelosi led Democrat elites’ pressure campaign to force Biden to end his re-election bid.
In fact, veteran journalist Seymour Hersh reported that his sources had revealed that after Pelosi’s efforts to convince Biden he’d lose and drag Democrats down in the process didn’t work, she turned matters over to Obama, who informed the Democrat President that they had “Kamala’s approval to invoke the 25th Amendment” and remove him from office if he didn’t give in to their demands.
Pelosi was asked about that pressure campaign during an appearance on CBS Sunday Morning.
“I understand that you don’t want to own this, but it is so well reported that you were the leader of a pressure campaign,” CBS’ Lesley Stahl told Pelosi.
Pelosi denied the accusation and claimed that she “didn’t call one person.”
“I didn’t call one person,” she said. “I did not call one person.”
But to the surprise of no one who has paid attention, Pelosi is not telling the truth.
During a recent appearance on CNN’s OutFront, Pelosi revealed that she hasn’t spoken to Biden since he announced his decision to step aside.
CNN’s Dana Bash also brought up the reports that Pelosi organized the pressure campaign to push Biden out of the race.
Once again, Pelosi denied the accusations of a pressure campaign.
“Have you spoken with President Biden since he dropped out?” Bash asked Pelosi.
“No, I have not,” Pelosi said.
“Do you hope to?” Bash responded, to which Pelosi said, “Yes, I hope to.”
Pelosi tried to blame it on a busy schedule, but Bash was skeptical of that answer and asked her “is everything ok with your relationship?”
“You’d have to ask him,” Pelosi answered. “But I hope so.”
It’s been over two weeks since Biden left the race.
He and Pelosi have always been close friends and allies.
The fact they haven’t spoken in so long is a good indication that the reports of a Pelosi and Obama-led pressure campaign are true.
