The Ukrainian President just asked Joe Biden to cross this unthinkable line

Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to escalate his nation’s invasion of Ukraine.

The Ukrainians are growing desperate.

And now, the Ukrainian President just asked Joe Biden to cross this unthinkable line.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky praised the West’s sanctions, which sent the Russian economy into a meltdown.

But now, President Zelensky is demanding the West take aggressive military action against Russia and create a no-fly zone over Ukraine.

“The sanctions are heading in the right direction. In addition to disconnecting the Russian Central Bank from SWIFT and providing more Stingers and anti-tank weapons, we need the West to impose a no-fly zone over significant parts of Ukraine,” President Zelensky stated.

“Ukraine can beat the aggressor. We are proving this to the world. But our allies must also do their part,” President Zelensky continued.

A no-fly zone entails American fighter planes establishing dominance over Ukraine’s airspace by shooting down Russian jets.

That would lead to a hot war between the United States and Russia, which could escalate the point of an exchange of nuclear missiles.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki ruled out a no-fly zone as it would be the first step towards World War III.

“Well, here’s what’s important for everybody to know about a no-fly zone: What that would require is implementation by the U.S. military,” Psaki told reporters. “It would essentially mean the U.S. military would be shooting down planes, Russian planes.”

“That is definitely escalatory,” Psaki added. “That would potentially put us into a place where we’re in a military conflict with Russia – that is not something the President wants to do.”

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg also ruled out sending troops – either on land or in the air – to Ukraine to fight the Russians.

“We have no intentions of moving into Ukraine, neither on the ground or in the airspace,” Stoltenberg declared. “We have a responsibility to make sure that this doesn’t spiral out of control that escalates even further into concern for full-fledged war in Europe involving NATO allies.”

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is the largest land war in Europe since World War II.

And what makes this invasion so threatening to the future of human civilization is the fact that Russia owns the world’s largest stockpile of nuclear weapons.

Putin’s already threatened any country that directly intervened militarily in his invasion of Ukraine with nuclear weapons.

The West will provide economic and military assistance to Ukraine.

But a no-fly zone or any other troop deployments are out of the question.
