Joe Biden is in trouble.
He’s covering up massive criminal conduct.
And now Ted Cruz destroyed Joe Biden with this one question about the Supreme Court.
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) tore into Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Polite, Jr. for the Biden Department of Justice’s politicized approach to law enforcement.
Specifically, Senator Cruz grilled Polite about the Department of Justice’s refusal to prosecute leftist militia members who violate federal law to mobilize outside Supreme Court Justices’ homes in an all-out intimidation campaign.

Under Federal law – 18 U.S.C. § 1507 – U.S. Code – Unannotated Title 18, to be exact – it is illegal to protest or parade outside a judge’s home.
“Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both,” the law reads.
“Nothing in this section shall interfere with or prevent the exercise by any court of the United States of its power to punish for contempt,” it continues.
But the Biden administration and Department of Justice have looked the other way because the left-wing outrage mob’s intimidation tactics serve Democrats’ political interests.
When a leaker revealed a draft Supreme Court opinion revealing the Court intended to overturn Roe v. Wade, left-wing outrage mobs began stalking conservative Justices, and their families, at their homes.
Then-White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki cheered this development, as the Left hoped their radical left-wing minions would bully one of the Justices into changing their vote.
Of course, that has failed to happen.
But the consequences of the Biden administration rooting on criminal behavior have quickly become evident.
For example, by inciting an insurrection against the Supreme Court, Democrats inspired a 26-year-old left-wing radical from California to travel across the country and attempt to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh and two other conservative Supreme Court Justices.
At the rate the radical Left is going, though, it certainly won’t be the last.
