Joe Biden’s Presidency is marked by crisis after crisis.
No one could have ever predicted how much damage he could do in less than a year.
And now Republican Governors are demanding Biden meet with them about this latest crisis.
Twenty six members of the Republican Governors Association wrote a letter to Joe Biden requesting a meeting with him to talk about his administration’s crisis at the southern border.
“Due to the emergent crisis, we respectfully request a meeting as soon as your schedule allows within 15 days,” the members wrote.
Vermont Republican Governor Phil Scott is the only member of the Republican Governor’s Association not to sign the letter.
The Governors are demanding answers from Biden and his administration on how they plan to end the national security crisis occurring at the southern border.
“The months-long surge in illegal crossings has instigated an international humanitarian crisis, spurred a spike in international criminal activity, and opened the floodgates to human traffickers and drug smugglers endangering public health and safety in our states. A crisis that began at our southern border now extends beyond to every state and requires immediate action before the situation worsens,” the letter stated.
Since last year, apprehensions at the border have surged almost 500%.
Many states are stepping up to try and curb the crisis and it’s high time Biden answer for what his administration created.
“We have heard directly from our constituents about the damage this crisis has caused in our states, and it is our duty as elected officials to act swiftly to protect our communities, as it is yours,” the letter continued.
Securing the border is the job of the federal government and the duty of the President, but Joe Biden appears to be ignoring it completely.
Joe Biden isn’t fit to serve as President and his denial of the problem at the border proves it.
It is his duty as President to protect his people and by opening the border like he did he showed America that he doesn’t care.
The federal government has stopped patrolling the border, which is allowing thousands of illegal aliens to come into the United States unchecked.
Again, Joe Biden was so determined to reverse everything Donald Trump had accomplished that he never once considered what the consequences might be.
