Joe Biden weaponized the justice system against Donald Trump and his supporters.

Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro was sentenced to prison for refusing to testify in front of Democrats’ sham January 6 Committee.

And Peter Navarro shared a surprising fact about the way he is treated in prison as a Trump supporter.

Former President Donald Trump was found guilty last week on 34 counts of falsifying business records in Manhattan Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s sham witch hunt against him.

The charges were part of President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats’ lawfare re-election strategy.

But Biden is going after more than just Trump.

He also went after Trump’s close advisers and many of his supporters.

Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro is one of the victims of Biden’s lawfare.

During Trump’s Presidency, Navarro played a key role in drafting an America First trade policy.

Navarro was convicted last year on two counts of Contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena issued by Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) January 6 witch hunt Committee.

He called Pelosi’s Committee a “kangaroo court” and cited executive privilege as a senior Presidential adviser as his reason for defying the subpoena.

But Navarro was handed a $9,500 fine for not complying with the subpoena.

And despite being 74 years old, he was sentenced to four months in a federal prison in Miami.

If Navarro were a Democrat, he would have avoided any fines or jail time – and likely would have never even been investigated in the first place.

Democrats routinely defy Congressional subpoenas and never face any consequences for it.

Former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and former IRS official Lois Lerner all defied lawful subpoenas and never faced charges.

Navarro is scheduled to be released from prison in mid-July.

But he recently did an interview in writing from prison with Breitbart and updated Trump supporters on his situation.

“What’s it like in prison?” Breitbart asked. “Are people familiar with who you are? What’s the reaction?”

“Miami is a particularly tough prison,” he replied.

Navarro brought up a number of inconveniences about prison, like how “prescription drugs are hard to come by, the food is low in protein and calories, high in sugar and carbohydrates, and certain to worsen any conditions ranging from diabetes and hypertension to heart conditions and kidney issues.”

Navarro said the inmates love Trump and hate Biden.

“The good news is that the vast majority of inmates love Donald Trump for passing the 2018 First Step Act and hate Joe Biden for not implementing it,” he said. “Same with the corrections officers — Trump and I respect the uniform and they know that while they also know Biden has been a disaster.”

He said things would be different for him if he were a Biden supporter.

“If I were a Bidenite, things would be a lot tougher here — and yes, they know exactly who I am and respect the fact that I stood up for a principle and didn’t bow to the government,” he said.

Navarro got the last part wrong.

If he were a Democrat, he would have never been sentenced to prison in the first place.
