The corporate-controlled media continues to gaslight Americans about the disastrous Biden economy.
From shifting the blame from Biden, to claiming inflation is good, and even outright denying that inflation is even happening, the media has tried everything.
And Mike Rowe just called out the Fake News Media for gaslighting Americans about inflation.
Rowe, who hosts How America Works, which showcases people who work blue collar jobs, joined Fox News Primetime to discuss inflation.
During the segment, Rowe took aim at the media’s coverage of inflation, and exposed how they are gaslighting the American people.
Describing the coverage of inflation, Rowe said “We’re in a world where people are doing things that we can see, but we’re being told that that’s not happening . . . And when you start to stack those things up, it’s enough to make you look over your shoulder and think, you know, am I being punked, right?”
Rowe also took shots at the White House’s latest attempts to downplay the crises by referring to inflation as “transitory.”
The term “transitory inflation” has become a favorite of Joe Biden, Fed Chair Jerome Powell, and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
Of course, those are the very people responsible for the disastrous inflation that the country is reckoning with.
Since September 2019, the Fed has printed over $9 trillion.
Estimates are that 22% of the circulating U.S. dollars were printed in 2020.
The Fed has been given free rein to print an endless supply of money while much of what it does is shrouded in secrecy.
For years, Democrats in Congress have blocked attempts to even audit the Fed.
Joe Biden appointed a former Fed Chair as Treasury Secretary, and his administration has been on a multi-trillion dollar government spending spree ever since.
All of these things are the reason that we are now faced with skyrocketing inflation, and there is no evidence that it is “transitory,” as they would have you believe.
Americans can clearly see the inflation that is happening around them, and can feel the pain in their pocketbooks.
That is the reason the majority of Americans feel the economy is doing poorly and going in the wrong direction.
As Rowe clearly pointed out, the media is gaslighting Americans, but many aren’t buying it.
