Vice President Kamala Harris has been dogged by bad headlines for months.
She is asleep at the wheel in her handling of the border crisis and current and former staffers have alleged she fosters a toxic workplace environment.
And now Kamala Harris is in deep trouble after a new round of shocking allegations surfaced.
As Vice President, Kamala Harris has done almost nothing productive, and many of her decisions, or lack thereof, are hurting the country.
Last month, POLITICO published a wave of allegations against Kamala Harris for creating a “dysfunctional” and “unhealthy” environment for her staffers.
Harris’ Chief of Staff Tina Flournoy seems to be at the center of the scandal.
Under direction from Harris, she’s allegedly created an “insular environment environment where ideas are ignored or met with harsh dismissals and decisions are dragged out . . . [Flournoy] refuses to take responsibility for delicate issues and blames staffers for the negative results that ensue.”
Apparently the culture is so unbearable, two top-level advancement staffers left her office within the past month.
Undoubtedly, this type of dysfunction contributed to Harris’ complete failure to secure our southern border, which is being overrun by thousands of illegal migrants every day.
Now, new allegations about Kamala Harris’ office environment have surfaced and they reveal Harris’ checkered past.
According to the Washington Examiner, former aides to Kamala Harris claim that they were “terrorized” by Harris in a pattern of behavior that dates back to her days as San Francisco District Attorney.
California State University, Sacramento communications professor Barbara O’Connor claimed that “at least 20 interns who had worked in Harris’ Attorney General and Senate offices sought her advice in tears.”
Even worse, former staff have even secured high-dollar settlements after toxic workplace experiences working under Harris:
“In 2011, a settlement was reached between the California Justice Department and a top aide to then-Attorney General Harris.
“Upon leaving, Terri Carbaugh, chief deputy attorney general, signed a nondisclosure agreement and received a $34,900 settlement, an amount just below the $35,000 limit that would have necessitated approval by the state Department of Finance.”
In addition, in 2018 the Sacramento Bee inquired about a $400,000 payment used to settle a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit involving a longtime aide.
Clearly, Kamala Harris’ office has been in shambles for years.
As someone who is hoping to run for President in 2024, she’s proven she can’t even properly run her own office, much less the entire country.
