The corporate-controlled media tried to downplay special counsel John Durham’s latest court filing.
That effort failed.
And Hillary Clinton just found out some bad news about a court case that could ruin her.
Special counsel Durham’s bombshell court alleged the Clinton campaign team worked with tech executive Rodney Joffe during the 2016 election to monitor Internet traffic on servers at Trump Tower and the Executive Office of the President to further the false Russian collusion narrative.
Durham also alleged that after the election the Clinton team turned over its findings to the CIA.
“The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet dataTech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic pertaining to (i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States(“EOP”). (Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,” Durham wrote.
The corporate-controlled media tried to claim this did not constitute spying on President Trump because the data mining operation took place when Barack Obama was still President.
But this claim was highly misleading and lacking context.
One of Durham’s court filings alleged that Joffe spied on the Internet traffic from the Executive Office of the President in the period after the election, meaning the Clinton team spied on the incoming Trump administration during the transition period.

This was an attack on the peaceful transfer of power by the Clinton team in attempting to frame the President-elect for acting as an undercover agent of the Russian government.
The corporate-controlled media falsely claimed Clinton and the Obama administration did not spy on President Trump.
And now, the corporate-controlled media tried to diminish the serious allegations contained in the Durham court filing.
But members of the corporate-controlled media lied by claiming this did not amount to spying on President Trump because the data mining occurred during Obama’s Presidency.
