Hillary Clinton breathed a major sigh of relief when she saw what this judge just decided

This was not the ruling Trump supporters were hoping for.

Hillary Clinton may get away with the worst crime in American political history.

And now, Hillary breathed a major sigh of relief when she saw what this judge just decided.

Barack Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper played his part to keep the origins of the Russian collusion hoax secret.

Judge Cooper delivered a blow to special counsel John Durham in his prosecution of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann for allegedly lying to the FBI in a 2016 meeting.

Durham intended to use Sussmann’s trial to lay out the evidence that the Clinton campaign engaged in a “joint venture” to frame Donald Trump for conspiring with the Russian government during the 2016 election.

But Judge Cooper will not allow Durham to present emails to that effect.

Judge Cooper will permit Durham to show the jury emails that pertain to Sussmann trying to get the FBI to pick up on the Alfa Bank hoax – a concocted story about a server in Trump Tower communicating with Moscow’s Alfa Bank.

“These emails are admissible as non-hearsay because the Special Counsel does not appear to be offering them for their truth, but rather to demonstrate that Fusion GPS and the researchers shared the ultimate goal of disseminating the Alfa Bank allegations to the press,” Judge Cooper ruled.

But Judge Cooper will not allow Durham to present evidence in court of the “joint venture” Durham’s court filings laid out.

“The Court will exercise its discretion not to engage in the kind of extensive evidentiary analysis that would be required to find that such a joint venture existed, and who may have joined it, in order to admit these emails,” Judge Cooper wrote.

Judge Cooper claimed these emails were inadmissible because Durham did not charge Sussmann with conspiracy.

“For starters, Mr. Sussmann is not charged with a conspiracy,” Judge Cooper also wrote. “Moreover, while the Special Counsel has proffered some evidence of a collective effort to disseminate the purported link between Trump and Alfa Bank to the press and others, the contours of this venture and its participants are not entirely obvious.”

“The government has proffered the existence of at least some circumstantial evidence connecting Mr. Sussmann to certain aspects of the data gathering effort,” Judge Cooper added.

Trump supporters hoped the Sussmann trial was where Durham could lay out his evidence and make his case about the Clinton campaign weaving together a lie about the Trump campaign and Russia.

But Judge Cooper dealt those hopes for justice a severe blow.
