The FBI under Donald Trump is finally taking domestic terrorism seriously.
They’re going after the networks that have terrorized American cities for years.
And FBI agents visited this conservative icon to learn the dark truth about Antifa.
FBI Director Kash Patel is cleaning house
The contrast between the Trump administration and the previous four years couldn’t be starker.
Under Joe Biden, the FBI spent their time targeting parents at school board meetings and Catholics attending Latin Mass.
But FBI Director Kash Patel has the Bureau focused on real threats to America.
Glenn Beck found that out firsthand when three FBI agents showed up at his front door on a Saturday afternoon.
The conservative radio host had been analyzing Antifa networks on his show the previous week, tracing the connections from street-level thugs all the way up to their funding sources.
That deep dive caught the attention of the FBI in a big way.
"Saturday, I get a phone call," Beck explained on his show. "’Uh, the director would like to send over some agents to speak to you, Glenn.’ And I’m like, ‘The director? FBI agents?’ ‘Yes, you said some things that they need to talk to you about.’ And I’m like, ‘Good things or bad things?’ ‘They’ll be over.’"
The agents weren’t there to intimidate Beck or shut down his research.
They wanted to learn from it.
Three agents spent two hours picking Beck’s brain
"So they sat in my living room. Three agents sat in my room on Saturday afternoon for almost two hours," Beck recounted. "And I immediately called [my researcher] Jason [Buttrill]. I’m like, ‘Jason, you’re the researcher, your fault. I’m gonna throw you under the bus! You better get your butt over here.’ So Jason was there. And my wife and Jason and I sat there, and it was surreal at one point."
"I talked to them for about 15 minutes just going over the Tides Foundation and saying, if you understand Tide, you’ll understand how difficult your job is going to be," Beck said. "And this is information that I first gave on Fox years ago."
"So we dove in head first, and we analyzed the Antifa network and we went from the street thugs to the support groups, eventually to the funding," Beck explained. "To say the FBI was interested in this might be an understatement. Let’s just say the FBI is turning over every single stone. It is so clear to me that they are exploring all angles of this, and they are talking to anyone and everyone that can give them any kind of information."
Beck warns Antifa leaders are already fleeing the country
The intensity of the FBI investigation appears to have Antifa leadership running scared.
Beck dropped a bombshell about what his sources are telling him about the movement’s response to the federal crackdown.
"But if I were in that ‘imaginary’ group of Antifa, which, by the way, has ‘imaginary’ leaders leaving the country to go maybe to ‘imaginary’ countries outside of the U.S. Right now, I would be very concerned," Beck said with obvious sarcasm.
The implication was clear – Antifa leaders are fleeing the United States to avoid the FBI investigation.
Beck also warned anyone providing financial support to think twice about their involvement.
"If I were part of anything that was sending money their way or assistance their way, I don’t know. I might be a little concerned because the FBI is dead-ass serious," he stated.
President Trump designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization last month, giving federal law enforcement expanded powers to investigate and prosecute the network.
The executive order claims Antifa "uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals."
Finally, an administration willing to go deep
Beck couldn’t hide his relief that the federal government was finally taking these threats seriously.
For years, he’d been documenting Antifa’s connections and funding sources while previous administrations looked the other way.
"Finally, we have an administration and an FBI director that is willing to go in deep, not surface, but deep," Beck stated. "I can only imagine what we could have avoided if anyone in an administration would’ve done this in 2011."
The timing of this investigation is significant, coming after years of Antifa-linked violence in cities across America.
From the riots following George Floyd’s death to ongoing campus protests, these networks have operated with virtual impunity under previous administrations.
What Beck witnessed firsthand is a complete 180 from the previous administration – an FBI that’s actually going after real domestic terrorists instead of chasing parents at school board meetings.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you, Donald Trump, Kash Patel, and all of the agents at the FBI," Beck concluded.
For conservative Americans who watched cities burn while the previous administration focused on prosecuting January 6th protesters, this represents a long-overdue course correction.
The FBI is finally going after the real domestic terrorists – and Beck’s weekend visit proves they’re not messing around.
