Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saw a chance to make her move.
She put her party on notice.
And AOC created one nightmare for Democrats that they're going to hate.
AOC's endorsement wins prove Democrats learned nothing from 2024
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just notched another victory that shows how completely out of touch Democrats have become.
Her endorsed candidate in New Jersey's crowded 11-person special primary, radical leftist Analilia Mejia, performed way above expectations.
Former Congressman Tom Malinowski conceded the race to her on Tuesday.
Malinowski had backing from U.S. Senator Andy Kim and the establishment wing of the party.
But AOC's radical pick beat him anyway.
This comes after her massive win last year when democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani won New York City's mayoral race.
AOC's "Fighting Oligarchy" rallies with 84-year-old Bernie Sanders packed stadiums with the far-left base — 36,000 in Los Angeles, 34,000 in Denver, 30,000 in California.
She raised nearly $24 million in 2025 alone from coastal elites and radical activists.
While Trump won Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin by appealing to working Americans, Democrats are doubling down on a Bronx socialist who wants to abolish ICE and ban fossil fuels.
Democrat strategist Hank Sheinkopf admitted AOC is "the inheritor of the Bernie Sanders wing of the party."
Democrat establishment trapped with unelectable candidate their base demands
The Democrat establishment knows AOC can't win a Presidential election.
But their radical base doesn't care.
A Yale Youth Poll showed her crushing Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom among young voters.
A December poll put her up 2 points over Vice President JD Vance in a hypothetical 2028 matchup.
YouGov ranks her as the 5th most popular Democrat in the country.
One Democrat strategist admitted that "should she choose to run in 2028, she will enter that race with the highest floor of anybody."
Election guru Nate Silver has her as the early favorite to win the Democrat primary.
The establishment knows this nightmare scenario is real.
They watched Bernie Sanders almost hijack their party twice with the exact same coalition AOC now commands.
AOC represents everything swing voters rejected in 2024
AOC is completely unelectable.
Medicare for All would cost $32 trillion and eliminate private insurance for 180 million Americans.
The Green New Deal she championed would ban fossil fuels, ground airplanes, and cost $93 trillion — a socialist fantasy that would destroy the economy.
While illegal immigration was already spiraling out of control, she called for abolishing ICE.
Democrats think she can win Pennsylvania steelworkers and Michigan autoworkers with this agenda.
New York Democrat strategist Jon Reinish knows the truth: "And I'm just not sure that AOC is a person who puts swing states on the map."
The establishment admits she can't win where it matters.
But the radical base doesn't care about swing states.
Young voters, campus radicals, and socialist activists who dominate Democrat primaries want AOC's revolution.
They live in a bubble where everyone agrees with them and they can't understand why normal Americans rejected Kamala Harris’ extreme agenda in 2024.
The establishment tries to block her like they blocked Sanders in 2016, the radical wing burns everything down.
They let her win the nomination, she goes down in flames to defeat.
The Democrat Party created this trap for themselves..
They kept feeding the radical base's delusions instead of telling them the truth — Americans don't want socialism.
Now Democrats are trapped with a radical base demanding AOC while the establishment knows she's unelectable.
Trump won in 2024 because Americans rejected exactly what AOC represents — coastal elitism, socialist economics, and radical social policies that everyday people can't afford.
Running a Bronx socialist for President in 2028 guarantees that Democrats are in big trouble.
