Donald Trump wants to run for re-election in 2024.
The biggest question hovering over that race is can Trump win.
And now a jaw-dropping new 2024 poll left Donald Trump grinning from ear to ear.
According to the latest polling data, after a bumpy stretch throughout the summer, Republicans have momentum again, as President Joe Biden’s failures take root in American’s minds.
A recent New York Times/Siena poll not only found that Republicans lead Democrats by four points on the generic Congressional ballot for 2022, but that former President Donald Trump also leads President Biden in a hypothetical 2024 rematch.
“Former President Trump leads President Biden by 1 point in a hypothetical rematch, according to a New York Times-Siena College poll published Monday,” The Hill reported. “Trump leads Biden, 45 to 44 percent, when likely voters were asked whom they would support if the 2024 presidential election were held today.”
“That’s roughly in line with previous polling showing Trump leading Biden, Vice President Harris and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in hypothetical match-ups,” the report continued.
This New York Times/Siena poll is in line with numerous other polls that show Trump leading Biden, as well.
The Real Clear Politics’ polling average finds Trump holding a 0.6% lead over Biden, disproving the Democrat and establishment GOP talking point that Trump is unelectable.
“I think Trump’s unelectability will be palpable by then,” former RINO Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) falsely claimed. “We all know that he will lose. We all know that he is so much more likely to lose the White House than anybody else running for President on our side of the aisle, so why would we want to go with that,”
It’s not hard to see why Americans would prefer Trump to Biden.
When Trump left office inflation was 1.4%, and gasoline cost $2.39 a gallon.
Now, inflation has surged to 8.2%, and gas rocketed to over $5 a gallon nationally this summer with more pain at the pump on the way this winter.
President Biden drove the economy into a recession with his inflationary socialist spending sprees.
And Biden also opened America’s southern border to an invasion by millions of illegal aliens.
Americans can make a simple compare and contrast from Trump’s time in office to Biden’s – are you better off than you were two years ago?
The answer is rather simple, and polls continue to show the American people fully understand that.
